He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, a professional certificate awarded to qualifying members of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) of the National Association of Realtors.
As educationally adept as he is experienced, Nader holds a Degree in Computer Science and his knowledge in computers has always kept him one step ahead of his competitors. Prior to working as a real estate agent, Nader used to work in the office of Academic Computing at UCLA.
Nader lives in Tarzana with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Diana and Jason. Michelle is a devoted mother and wife as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Diana is a resident physician at Northridge Hospital, and Jason currently attends UCLA.
Nader specializes in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, income properties, and commercial properties within Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
